  • Courgetti Pasta – A flourless pasta made with zucchini noodles in a rich cherry tomato sauce

In this class, you will also learn how to make different types of pasta doughs:

  • Handmade gnocchi that we will make from scratch, which is then baked with fresh tomatoes and basil
  • Handmade tortellini, and arugula and pistachio pesto
  • Deliciously light lasagna prepared with 1 bechamel and tomato sauce
  • Pasta ribbons made with zucchini tossed in a roasted cherry tomato dressing
